Our kitchen handles dairy, egg, wheat/gluten, soy, nuts (including peanuts) and sesame, and we will not certify a product free of them from a shared kitchen.

A written allergen declaration comes with every first delivery and whenever a recipe changes. Each piece is sealed and labelled with its allergens and bake date.

Questions

Are all four made without egg or dairy?

Yes, all four, with a plant butter dough.

Can we see allergens per recipe?

Yes. The table above shows each CONTAINS line as printed on the label, and a written declaration comes with every first delivery.

Is anything "free-from"?

No. Our kitchen handles dairy, egg, wheat/gluten, soy, nuts (including peanuts) and sesame, and we will not certify a product free of them from a shared kitchen.

Which sizes?

80 g and 50 g as a sealed cookie; 2 kg tubs as dough.

Can I get the same cookies as dough?

Yes, the same four recipes by the tub, or as frozen portions on request.

Why are Lotus and Red Velvet trade-only?

They were developed for trade accounts and are made for them only.
