Allergen declaration
Every delivery carries a written allergen declaration. Our kitchen handles dairy, egg, wheat/gluten, soy, nuts (including peanuts) and sesame, and we will not certify a product free of them from a shared kitchen; we would rather lose the order than misdeclare it.

Questions
Are you licensed?
Yes. A Dubai Municipality licensed food premises, licence 1616935, with records kept for at least two years.
Are you HACCP certified?
No. If your procurement needs the certificate itself, tell us; we will say so plainly rather than imply it.
Can you send your allergen statements before we order?
Yes, per product, in writing, and again with every first delivery and recipe change.
Is anything made in a nut-free or gluten-free area?
No. One shared kitchen; we declare cross-contact and certify nothing free-from.
Who do we deal with?
One named contact, on WhatsApp.
Why does the invoice show a company name, not Dough It?
Dough It is the trade name; invoices and bank details carry the licensed company, as the law here requires. The name is on every quotation before you pay anything.
