Yes. The dough is the cookie recipe before the oven; nothing is added after the bake.

How is it packed?

By the 2 kg tub. Frozen 80 g portions on request.

How do I bake it?

From frozen, in your own oven. Guidance comes with the first order and we adjust it to your equipment.

How long does it keep?

Keep it frozen at −18 °C or below and do not refreeze once thawed. The shelf life is in your quotation.

What does the label say?

The dough's name, the full ingredient list, a CONTAINS line and the production date.

Do you deliver frozen?

Collection from the kitchen; delivery arranged per order. Collection from the kitchen is always possible.

Can I get a sample tub?

A tasting is arranged on WhatsApp; for dough we agree the format and the day.

Is there a minimum?

Minimums go in your quotation, in writing.
