How an account starts

Tell us what you run and roughly how much. We send the tasting box and the price list. Nothing is agreed until you have eaten one.

    One price list, the same for every account. Volume prices are written into your terms.

  3. Written terms

    Order cut-off, route day, drop time and account terms, in writing, before the first order.

  4. First delivery

    Sealed and bake-dated, with the allergen declaration and the licence on the paperwork.

No. We ask the next day what you thought, once more within the week, then it is your call.

On the price card in the box and in your quotation, in writing. The same list for every account.

What do I sign?

Nothing long. Products, quantities, delivery days and terms in writing, usually one page, before the first delivery.
